Alternative Ways to Pay Your Condo Fee

Indian Ridge offers several ways you can pay your monthly condo fee from the comfort of your home:

• Pay by automatic withdrawals
  Download the following form and turn it in at the Clubhouse to have your fee automatically withdrawn from your checking account every month:
  
  Direct deposit of condo fee (ACH debits) form
   

• Pay by Credit Card
  You can pay your fee by credit card on the Property Management of Andover website (www.pmandover.com). Click the following link to sign up for the service or pay fee if you are already signed up. (There is a fee of $14.95 charged by the online company):

•   Payment may be made through your home owner portal. If  you have not signed up for your portal, contact Property Management of Andover for assistance.
